Hawaii Poke Bowl may have been founded in Minnesota, but our poke technique originates from the islands of Hawaii, fusing fresh diced fish with rice, veggies, and an array of other delicious toppings. The word poké refers to the culinary technique of slicing fresh fish in a cross cross pattern in order to create savory, bite sized cubes. We've built on this idea and brought in flavors from not only Hawaii but from around all of Asia to create our take on the modern poke bowl.

This place never disappoints! If you are looking for a clean environment, fast service, and friendly faces, this is the place for you! Every bite was as delicious as the first! The rice is always on point! Seafood is amazing and the toppings are very generous!
I ordered the Dragon Bowl and it was my first time ordering and I have to say I want another one. The ingredients all complimented each other so well that it was just delicious from the first bite all the way to the last. My wife had the Volcano Bowl and it was fresh, flavorful and spicy without being hot. We both were very happy and will be ordering again...
We ordered online for pickup at their main entrance and it being my first time there, I decided to order the volcano bowl - which seems to have a lot of great reviews on here. It did not disappoint! Prefacing this by saying I used to live on the west coast and have tried amazing Hawaiian food there. Was so happy to find a Hawaiian place in the middle of the suburbs...
The food is so fresh and delicious! I always get their Hawaii Bowl with Chicken, Shrimp, and Tofu. But there is so much to choose from. I love that they have both cooked and raw items so it can accommodate a wide array of diners.
HANDS DOWN, the best poke I've had here in MN! Best part is that their flavors and options are endless! Great customer service every time I go. If you haven't tried it when you're in the Eagan or Apple Valley, it's a must! :)
